How to apply the Soft Powder Brow Pencil:

1) Brush your eyebrows outward and upward with the spoolie brush.

2) Find the highest point of where your arch should go and dot it.

3) Fill in and use strokes on your brows with the powder pencil.

4) Complete with brushing the spoolie across your brow again for natural looking brows.
